Initiatives
“The ability to perceive or think differently is more important than the knowledge gained.”
“The ability to perceive or think differently is more important than the knowledge gained.”
In recent years, the line where I end and my work begins has become quite blurred. This journey we call life, or more importantly seeking purpose and contribution has developed and evolved, for me, through a multitude of experiences, training, retreats, education, jobs and roles; and now as I arrive where it converges, the pieces are coming into focus, and I have what I need to make meaning and take it forward.
The initiatives of which I am involved are personal and professional and require all parts of me to show up. They are a web, of sorts, bridging human conscious theory to practice in business, in education, in my role as a mother, and in my community. I believe that, how we do one thing is how we do everything and through these projects, I aim to make ripples – with the individual in the forefront, but with intent to impact the broader systems at large.
The initiatives are grounded in a personal, practical, and relational framework, and are intended as a catalyst for Self and System transformation. Intersecting young people, thought leaders, wise people, researchers, educators, doctors, coaches, policy makers and others, the work introduces and promotes conscious leadership skills, incubates ideas and practices among the collective, and nurtures momentum for sustainable systematic change to take shape at a societal level.

We do this by… Educating

Collective
A holding of spaces and containers for collective consciousness to emerge.
We do this by… Connecting

Societal
The development of a new conscious narrative by updating our individual and organizational operating systems to ignite action and accelerate transformation of the collective system.
We do this by… Implementing

At home, it’s about creating a safe space for learning and curiosity. At home is where our kids experience the world for the first time. It is being vulnerable, leading by example, taking accountability, being curious, being a continuous learner, saying yes, being introspective, asking questions, offering autonomy, being honest, being adaptable, practicing a beginner’s mind, offering acknowledgement, expressing gratitude, pausing.
In our communities, it’s about relationships, bridge-building and contribution. Creating sustainable communities requires us to transition from me to we. It is about enhancing Self-awareness, embodying empathy, listening to others with your heart (and mind), making ethical decisions, considering the perspective of all, leaning in, participating in community efforts.
And at work, it’s about humanizing our work spaces and empowering teams. It is incorporating self-awareness practices and creating belonging, leading candid conversations, embracing empathy and allyship, leading with a beginner’s mind, creating diverse and inclusive spaces, prioritizing psychological safety, cultivating emotional wellness, modeling what it means to be human, prioritizing learning opportunities, recognizing others, innovating, and collaborating.
We can shift human consciousness by going inward first, and translating theory to practice – influencing how we are being each day.
